1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Blitzkey ("the Extension", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Blitzkey is a browser extension that enhances Gmail's keyboard shortcuts and user interface. The Extension provides additional keyboard-driven functionality, including but not limited to natural language snoozing, command menus, account switching, and enhanced navigation features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Blitzkey. By using the Extension, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account and Authentication

To use Blitzkey, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

Blitzkey offers a free trial period. After the trial period expires, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Extension. Subscription fees are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all subscription fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless canceled
  • Price changes with reasonable notice

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Extension's settings or Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

6. Use of the Extension

You agree to use Blitzkey only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Extension in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Extension
  • Use the Extension to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Extension's functionality

7. Privacy

Your use of Blitzkey is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Intellectual Property

Blitzkey and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Extension without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Blitzkey is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Extension.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Extension after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Blitzkey at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
